Native iOS App Development

Native iPhone and iPad apps built in Swift and SwiftUI, from the first build all the way through App Store launch, connected to the backend and payments you already have.

Sometimes a website is not enough. Your customers want something on their home screen, you need push notifications to bring them back, or your web product needs a companion app that feels at home on an iPhone. This service is for founders and small teams who want a real native iOS app, built properly, without having to hire and manage a mobile team to get there.

I build in Swift and SwiftUI, Apple's own tools, so the app feels fast and natural and keeps up with each new version of iOS. The work covers more than the screens: connecting the app to your existing backend or API, accounts and sign-in (including Sign in with Apple), in-app purchases and subscriptions through StoreKit, push notifications, and AI features that run on the device or call out to a model. If you already take payments on the web with Stripe, I will help you work out how mobile purchases fit alongside them so your billing stays consistent.

Engagements are scoped to a clear result with fixed pricing. You will get TestFlight builds along the way, so you can hold the app in your hand and give feedback early instead of waiting for a big reveal. When it is ready, I take care of App Store submission and review. The code, the App Store listing, and the developer account are all yours, and everything comes back documented so you are never stuck depending on me to make a change.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should my app be native or cross-platform?

If most of your customers are on iPhone, or the app leans on things like smooth animations, notifications, widgets, or on-device features, native Swift and SwiftUI is usually the better choice. It feels right on the device and is easier to keep current with each iOS release. If you need Android on day one with a tight budget, a cross-platform tool can make sense, and I am happy to talk through that tradeoff honestly on a call.

Can you build an app for my existing web product or SaaS?

Yes, and it is one of the most common requests. I connect the app to the backend and accounts you already have, so customers log in with the same account and see the same data. If your API needs a few changes to work well on mobile, I can handle those too.

Do you handle App Store submission?

Yes. I prepare the build, the listing details, and the privacy information Apple asks for, then shepherd the app through review. If Apple comes back with questions or a rejection, I work through it with you until the app is approved.
